North Beach Towers – Aerial photos taken September 3, 2007. Dargan Construction crews report that they are ready to pour Floor 15 in the Indigo Tower (above left). The parking facility is shown in left foreground. At the Jasmine Tower (right), crews have poured the 17th floor and have walls up for floor 18. The developer anticipates that construction on North Beach Towers will top-out in early December, 2007.
