May 2008 photo above of North Beach Towers from the ocean shows how high the sand dunes are at this incredible portion of the coast! Below, photos show work is well underway on the exceptional oceanfront waterpark.
Aerial photo above can’t truly convey the massive size of the waterpark…for example, the long, wavy pool covers 3 units…that makes it about 80’ long! The 3-rings in the center will become pools with a swim-up bar! An adults-only area is planned for the pool closest to the ocean. The lazy river will be located under the Indigo tower.
